I have 10+ years of professional experience in HR and payroll operations, including leadership roles managing complex multi-country payroll across EMEA and global environments. I specialise in payroll services, process optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and operational transformation, with a strong focus on improving efficiency, compliance, and
service quality. As a Payroll Manager and Team Leader, I have led international Teams, overseen payroll for up to 18 countries, implemented new payroll processes, and driven automation and operational improvements. Currently, as the Founder and Managing Director of EfficienSync Business Solutions, I combine my expertise in payroll, project management, and HR strategy to help organisations streamline operations and achieve sustainable growth.

I have over 20 years of professional experience in Client Relationship Management, operations coordination, and Team leadership across logistics, process improvement services, and hospitality. I currently serve as Client Relationship Management Manager at EfficienSync Business Solutions. I am also the owner of ZAT-AN Auto Serwis, where I oversee operations, Customer service, and Team development. Previously, I spent over 9 years in transport and logistics leadership roles, including Fleet Coordinator at STS Kurier and Deputy Coordinator at Tom-Trans, where I managed Teams,
operational efficiency, and Client relationships. My key competencies include Customer relationship management, organisational efficiency, Team management, employee training, and process improvement service operations.

regions, including EMEA, APAC and LATAM. My background combines deep technical knowledge of HR operations with strong project leadership, enabling me to deliver complex initiatives that improve compliance, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery. I have comprehensive global expertise across the full range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, compliance, and HR strategy. My experience spans multiple regions and regulatory environments, enabling me to design and deliver initiatives that align local practices with international standards. By integrating these functions into cohesive projects, I improved efficiency, compliance, employee engagement, and sustainable growth.
